The lawyers in the department have extensive experience in dealing with the Egyptian Investment Authority (GAFI) and commercial registry offices in order to work on establishing companies for our clients, drafting articles of incorporation, making the necessary amendments to them, and approving the minutes of the ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies.
